The Grosjean Vins winery was a pioneer of organic viticulture in the Aosta Valley, obtaining the relevant certification in 2011.
This proposal allows you to learn about and taste some of the best organic wines and visit the winery and the winemaking area that houses the barrel cellar, where the best wines rest in small French oak barrels. The experience continues with a visit to the farms, including the main certified organic vineyards, to discover how a wine is made, right from the rows of mountain vineyards. The proposal includes two nights in a room with sauna in an excellent family-run facility, a dinner in a farmhouse with a typical Aosta Valley menu and directions for a pleasant walk along the path of the suggestive Ru Prevot, a historic irrigation canal that crosses the area.
The fee includes:
-two nights in a Wellness room with sauna
-accommodation in the Hotel Mon Emile ***, in Saint-Christophe -breakfasts with a rich buffet of local products
-visit to the farms and the main certified organic
-vineyards of the producer Grosjean Vins
-visit to the cellar and the barrel cellar BIO tasting including five of the best organic wines – a choice between white and red
-platter of cold cuts and cheeses to accompany the tasting
-a dinner at the Maison Rosset farmhouse in Nus – seasonal menu – drinks included directions for the easy and pleasant walk along the Ru Prevot
-health insurance
